For orders over $50, enjoy free shipping via EMS! Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipping. Perfect for when you’re stocking up on our π° $18 & Under Sale items or building your ultimate wardrobe!
π Shipping Areas: We ship globally! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and certain Asian regions. If you have questions about your specific location, just reach out to us!

To ensure fairness and hygiene for all our Divas, the following cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” or from clearance sections (some “60% OFF Small” promotions may be final)
- Intimate Apparel & Bodysuits: If the hygiene seal is removed or shows signs of intimate try-on
- Damaged or Altered Items: Garments damaged due to customer wear, care, or alteration
- Items Without Tags or Original Packaging

π½ Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of scents, stains, or makeup
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging (poly bag)

1 Contact Us Within 15 Days

- Your order number and details
- Item(s) for return/exchange with size and color
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: desired new size/color
2 Wait for Our Instructions
We’ll email you back within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Our warehouse return address
- Any specific instructions
Returns sent without authorization may experience delays.
3 Ship the Item Back
Package items securely in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
4 We Process & You Get Your Refund/Exchange
For Returns: Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund.
For Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once the return is approved. If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or contact you for alternatives.

β±οΈ Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process and appear in your account after we approve the return. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items are refunded at the price paid.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Our standard exchange is for the same item in a different size/color. For a different item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to secure the latest style!
