Product Availability:

All items are subject to stock. If an item sells out after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment Methods:

Order Processing:

5. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Areas: We ship globally! However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and certain Asian regions. If unsure about your location, please contact us.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Window:

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Items:

Most regular and sale items (like Bottoms, Cardigans, DD DESIGN) can be returned if unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final Sale items (marked as such or from clearance).
• Intimate apparel/Bodysuits with removed or tampered hygiene seals.
• Damaged, altered, or worn items.
• Items without original tags or packaging.

The Process:

2. Ship Back: Send the item(s) securely with tracking to our provided warehouse address.
3. Refund/Exchange: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are subject to stock.

Return Shipping Costs: Are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent a defective/wrong item.
